In the beginning of October, the first online charity auction organised by "Jaunimo linija" took place. 23 Lithuanian artists and famous people have donated artworks and other prizes, which were sold during an auction and raised 12 750 Euros. The funds raised will be used to train "Jaunimo linija" volunteers. The Lewben Art Foundation also participated in the charity auction and has acquired photography by Dainius Ščiuka.
“Jaunimo linija” (“Youth Line”) is one of the largest NGOs providing free emotional support via free telephone line, email or online in Lithuania. The hotline has been offering support for the last 29 years and currently has more than 300 volunteers in 4 branches.
"Jaunimo linija" is a non-governmental, non-profit organization operating based on the support of private donators, businesses, and the state.
